The State of Michigan is now utilizing SIGMA VSS (Vendor Self Service) for electronic procurement. It replaces Buy4Michigan. Go to the SIGMA website for posting construction and other bids . You can access training materials and tutorials that will help you utilize the system. This site can provide a platform for most bid solicitations, not just construction.

MiDeal

MiDEAL is the State of Michigan's extended purchasing program that allows Michigan cities, townships, villages, counties, school districts, universities, colleges and nonprofit hospitals to buy goods and services from state contracts.

REMC Save

REMCSAVE is provided as a free service of the REMC Association of Michigan for all Michigan schools, public agencies, and non-profit organizations. SAVE provides large-volume contracts for a variety of products and services utilized by our eligible agencies. REMC SAVE’s sealed competitive bid process provides compliance with state procurement regulations without local bidding. Using REMC SAVE contracts, schools and other agencies have saved more than $1.6 billion since 1990. REMC SAVE has contracts for technology, school and office supplies, furniture, and software and digital services. Each dollar schools save through REMC SAVE today is one more dollar to invest in instruction tomorrow.
